Scope of Services

WIDU Marketing Agency offers digital marketing services, web design, web development, branding, and other related services, as agreed with the client in a specific contract. Details of services, scope and pricing are agreed upon for each individual project.

2. Payments and Invoicing

Payment and billing details are agreed upon in a project-specific contract. Clients are responsible for making payments in accordance with the terms of the contract. Late payments may result in additional charges and suspension of services.

3. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights for work performed by WIDU are transferred to the client upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment. WIDU retains the right to display the work performed in its portfolio and promotional materials.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are specified in the individual project contract. In case of cancellation, the client may be subject to fees for work performed up to the date of cancellation.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the other's confidential information, including business strategies, customer data and any sensitive information.

6. Responsibility

WIDU is not responsible for the specific results of the services provided. Our responsibility is limited to performing the services in a professional manner and according to the agreed terms.

7. Changes in Terms

WIDU reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective once they are posted on our website. Customers will be notified of any significant changes to the Terms.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia and any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in Envigado (ANTI), in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.
